CZ: Holds a large amount of BNB, with a significant portion of wealth tied to it
BlockBeats News, August 29th. During the BNB Day Fireside Chat in Tokyo, CZ stated that the BNB Chain is mainly community-driven. He hasn't done much himself, mainly tweeting and encouraging people to BUILD. He also revealed that he holds a significant amount of BNB, with a large part of his wealth tied to it.
If he were 20 years old, CZ said he would choose to develop an AI trading agent and a privacy-focused perpetual DEX. He believes that DEX trading volume will surpass CEX in the future, DeFi is the future. He also thinks that RWAs are still in the early stages but have high potential. He hopes to see a dedicated BNB Chain team in Japan. He mentioned that Japan is very suitable for technological development and has a good business culture. He hopes to see more AI + robot projects emerge on the BNB Chain.
CZ believes that a Digital Asset Treasury (DAT) makes cryptocurrency investment more accessible through the open market and, if managed properly, is sustainable. A single-asset treasury is the simplest, while a basket strategy is highly dependent on management. The next major breakthrough in the crypto space may come from AI, RWAs, and stablecoins in blockchain.
