Sonic Labs Announces U.S. Expansion Plan and Seeks Community Vote on Network Parameter Adjustment
BlockBeats News, August 21st, Sonic Labs released a community proposal stating its intention to launch Sonic USA LLC to kickstart its U.S. operations. The proposal includes hiring a Sonic USA CEO and a full U.S. team, establishing a New York office, and implementing a performance-based employee incentive program. Additionally, the company plans to strengthen long-term deflation through a Gas Fee mechanism.
Community members will vote to decide on network parameter adjustments: to approve the issuance of tokens for a $50 million ETF allocation, a $100 million Nasdaq PIPE deal, $150 million in S tokens for Sonic USA, or to reject all the above parameter adjustments.
